Shipping

• Currently we accept online orders for shipment within the continental United States. 
• Originals and prints are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, or by a professional art shipping company. 
• Larger prints are shipped rolled. 
• Please allow 14-30 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date. 
• Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number. 
• Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, the carrier can contact you. 
• International orders are possible, please contact us with your shipping address and we'll let you know the cost.

 Returns or exchanges of original works of art are welcome if they are:

• Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Arrive in the exact condition as when they left.
• All original packaging is included.
• The cost of shipping and insurance is not refundable. 
• If originals arrive after 14 days from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a credit and you must pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.
• Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.

No returns for print orders:

• Please note, all prints are specially created to order, therefore all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. 

Damage during shipping:

• In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection.
• The refund will be issued by the shipper, not Jeffrey Nemeroff. 
• Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
